Hi, I'm Allie!

I’m a San Diego REALTOR® with The Avenue Home Collective, helping buyers and sellers across San Diego County make smart, informed real estate decisions without the pressure or gross sales tactics. Since getting licensed in 2024, I’ve helped clients close over $7M in real estate, mostly with first-time and move-up buyers who want to understand their options, feel confident in their choices, and actually enjoy the process along the way. I’m especially passionate about working with independent women who want to build wealth, trust themselves, and take ownership of their financial future.

I don’t believe real estate needs to feel overwhelming or transactional. My role is to explain the details in plain language, give honest advice (even when it’s not what you expected), and keep things moving without unnecessary stress. I’m backed by a collaborative, marketing-forward team, but you’ll always be working directly with me, getting straight answers and guidance that’s genuinely in your best interest.

When I’m not working, I’m usually with my husband and our two dogs, out on a trail, checking out a brewery, or soaking up the San Diego sunshine.
